About this Car
This is an Italian delivered example of the most desirable 5 speed, 2nd series tipo 818.630 model finished in the original delivery livery of Lancia blue over a cream interior.
This has clearly been a cherished vehicle, evident by the beautiful unspoiled original condition it presents in today. Our car is fitted with desirable optional extras including magnesium Cromodora wheels and an 8 track radio tape player. The Lancia was imported into the UK from Italy in 2016 since when it has had the one owner; it is only available for sale due a change of focus in the owner’s collection.
The body and chassis on this car are exceptional, and this is why you should buy it.
The body is arrow straight and wears an expensive looking windows out type repaint in the original colour. There is not a mark or scratch in the paint and first impressions are excellent; glass, lenses and bright work are equally sharp and impressive.
Chassis wise it gets even better with no rust or rust repair on the vulnerable front floor area. Factory undercoating is visible throughout and correct sub frame gaps mark this example out from the majority of others available today.
With the benefit of much recent works, this Fulvia drives just right. Within the last 500 miles this superb Lancia has had a receipted £5000 mechanical overhaul, including:
New timing chain, oil and filters, belts and some gaskets
Cooling overhaul including new radiator, hoses
Braking overhaul including brake pads, hoses, pipes and brake bias valve
Suspension works including replacement bushes and silentblocs
General servicing including CV joint boot, heater overhaul etc.
The engine bay presents just right with authentic finishes throughout and appears leak free.
The genuine Cromodora magnesium wheels are wrapped in Michelin rubber with good tread.
This again shows careful ownership. The seating is the original and in good condition, ditto the uncracked dashtop and excellent rubber matting. The headlining has been replaced with the correct perforated material. All in all, a very evocative place to sit and our car features a period radio/8 track tape player.
Very clean and original with the right Battaini jack, factory toolkit, spare with tie down.
One of the very best Fulvias we have seen. These cars are going up in value and ones as good as this are extremely difficult to find, so be quick to avoid disappointment.
Supplied with a car cover, new tailored overmats and a set of refinished steel road wheels.
